I love to sew and quilt. I have been sewing under the watchful eye of my mother, Reina since I very young. I started with Barbie doll clothes, to my own clothes in my teen years. Since my early twenties I have been an avid quilter. My very first quilt was a blue and pink log cabin quilt cutting each log individually because I didn’t know better. I did finish that queen size quilt even quilted it on a little singer machine. I have since made so many quilts of various sizes and styles. I have loved every one of them.
I currently specialize in custom long arm quilting on my Gammill 26 Vision. I have also designed quilts and written patterns for each of them. I enjoy teaching quilting at all levels. My quilts have won awards at various competitions.
I am founder of the Highland Quilters Guild in 2007 and past president for 5 years. I was the chairperson for the Lifestyle/Quilting Event at the 2015 IPM.
I would love to meet with you to quilt your quilt tops and create a beautiful heirloom.
